PROPERTY AND CLASSIFIED ADS
We ONLY allow posting property related ads in the Property or Classifieds Section. We will promptly delete or edit any advertisement or posting from any user or real estate agent or agency soliciting for clients in the Classifieds and the Forum. We reserve our rights to ban any user that does not comply with the above.
REGISTRATION
Classifieds Section – Registering is required in-order to post, edit, end your advertisements, add comments or contacting the respective sellers or buyers.
Forum Section – Registering is required to post and will afford you certain privileges, such as the ability to edit your messages, private message other members, upload personal avatars, etc. Most important of all, it will create an unique identity for you so that other members can acknowledge and contact you.
Please note that your username and password can be used in both the Classifieds and Forum Sections. Once you have registered, no one else can use the same username or email address you have selected.
